CS Coaching Services
CS Coaching For School and Division Leaders
Expanding computer science is a leadership problem before it is a curriculum problem. Someone has to decide what your division is building, who owns it, how it gets staffed, and how you will know it worked.
CodeVA coaching gives that person a thinking partner. Sessions are 60 minutes, anchored to a goal you set at the start, and they end with next steps, owners, and dates.
Who it's for
CS supervisors, CTE directors, curriculum leaders, principals, and school CS leads. Coaching works with one leader or a whole leadership team.
Available to any Virginia school or division. If you participate in CS Ready, your coach works directly from your CS Ready data.
