Program Tuition

      Code VA offers computer science training programs for free for public school teachers from elementary through high school. Our funding only covers public schools, so for teachers from private schools or out-of state we do charge a fee.

      While our primary focus is public school teachers, we do reserve several spots in each session for private school teachers.  The fees listed below cover the costs of the professional development session and includes all curricular resources used. 

      Our professional development sessions are offered as year-long cohorts and one-time courses. The cohorts meet in the summer and then again for additional follow up professional development throughout the year. Traditionally these follow-up meetings occur in the Fall (October or November), Winter (Online 1 hour meetings January or February), and Spring (March or April). These follow-up sessions are subject to change for the 2020-2021 school year dependent on school division changes in response to Covid-19.
