Curriculum

CodeVA’s Curriculum Development Program provides curricular materials that support educators in implementing high-quality, equitable computer science instruction so that all students in Virginia are future ready.

CodeVA’s curriculum design process includes teams of teachers with grade level expertise designing lesson plans and learning activities, with external review by professional content experts to ensure content accuracy.

Curricular Resources Currently Available:

AP Test Prep

During the months of April, May, and June CodeVA will be hosting student prep sessions for the free response portion of the AP Computer Science A and support sessions for the performance task for the AP Computer Science Principles course. All materials and resources will be released online prior to the online sessions.
